Vinita Bhalgat is a dynamic leader who blends technical mastery with entrepreneurial insight. A practicing Chartered Accountant since 2016, she began her career with one of Pune’s most reputed audit firms and went on to serve as Assistant Manager at PwC—one of the Big Four global accounting firms.

During her tenure, she led statutory audits, group reporting, and tax audits for listed giants like Bharat Forge, Bajaj Finance, Tata Autocomp, and Bajaj Allianz. Her expertise spans Indian GAAP, IFRS, internal control systems, and risk-based audit planning.

As CEO of Genius Corpaid, Vinita drives the firm’s mission to empower startups, MSMEs, and growing enterprises with transparent, strategic, and result-oriented loan consulting. She ensures that every engagement is not just compliant—but commercially impactful.

Paras Munot is a seasoned financial strategist with over a decade of experience in direct taxation, transaction advisory, and valuation. A practicing Chartered Accountant since 2011, Paras has led high-stakes assignments across industries—ranging from mergers and acquisitions to fund-raising, due diligence, and financial restructuring.

He holds multiple certifications from ICAI, including Concurrent Audit of Banks, International Trade Laws, Valuation, and Indirect Tax Laws. His background includes consulting for corporates, handling complex tax representations, and advising on capital markets and regulatory frameworks.

At Genius Corpaid, Paras oversees financial structuring, lender relations, and compliance strategy. His analytical rigor and solution-oriented mindset make him a trusted advisor for entrepreneurs navigating funding challenges.
